Reserve Online & Collect in Store
A select range of jewellery and gifts can be reserved online and collected from our Berkhamsted shop within a few hours.
Here’s how it works:
Step 1 - Choose Your Products
Click the “Add to Cart” button to add items to your basket. If you don’t see this button then, unfortunately, the item is not currently available to reserve online.
Step 2 - Your Basket
We’ll hold your items in your basket for 60 minutes while you continue to browse our website.
Step 3 - Checkout
Fill in your contact details and complete your order. We’ll provide you with an order number. Keep this safe as you’ll need to quote this when you come to the shop to collect your order (we’ll also send it to you in an email).
Your order will be reviewed, picked and packed by a member of staff.
Step 4 - Collection & Payment
We aim to process your order as quickly as possible during our opening hours. Keep an eye on your email account – we’ll send you an email when your order is ready for collection.
When you come to the shop we’ll ask you to confirm your order number and ask you to verify your address or contact details, and then you can pay using cash or credit/debit card.
Your order will only be processed during our opening hours (Monday – Saturday: 9am – 5pm) and your order will not be ready for collection until we notify you via email.
Orders made after 3pm will not be available to collect until the next working day.
Your order will be held until the end of the next business day, and if not collected, your order will be cancelled and returned to stock.
