Rarely
are the words ‘modern’ and ‘traditional’ used together to define a
designers style, but Wharton has succeeded to combine both these elements in his
collection of fine jewellery. Recognised and awarded by De Beers (now the Diamond Trading
Company) over a number of years Wharton’s reputation quickly grew as a designer of
high quality modern jewellery, but with the longevity of the tradition never completely
forgotten. Today, Christopher Wharton with his son Sam lead a highly skilled team of
